By using the happypetsmiles.com website, requesting information, or booking a service with Happy Pet Smiles Mobile Grooming LLC ("Happy Pet Smiles," "we," "us"), you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Service description

We offer mobile dog grooming (bath, haircut, nails, ears, and general care) and non-anesthetic dental cleaning, at your home, within Miami-Dade. We arrive at the address you provide with our fully equipped van; the service is performed on your street, driveway, or entrance.

3. Booking and availability

You can book your appointment through the online booking system embedded on this page, or by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling. Final availability is confirmed based on the day's route and service area. We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment due to weather conditions, van availability, or safety reasons.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site (including the price estimator) are approximate and may vary based on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and matting. The final price is confirmed on the day of service. We do not process online payments through the website: payment is made directly at the time the service is completed, using the method agreed with our team.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand things come up. Please let us know as far in advance as possible by WhatsApp or phone if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can adjust the day's route and offer that time slot to another client.

6. Pet health and behavior

The owner is responsible for informing us of any medical condition, allergy, aggressive behavior, or sensitivity of their dog before the service. We reserve the right to pause or stop a service if we believe it poses a safety risk to the dog or our team.

Non-anesthetic dental hygiene is a cosmetic and wellness service. It does not replace veterinary dental care, a veterinary oral exam, periodontal treatment, extractions, or anesthetic dental cleaning when medically necessary. If your pet has pain, bleeding, severe tartar, loose teeth, infection, or advanced dental disease, we recommend consulting a veterinarian first.

7. Use of the website

The content on this site (text, images, logo, and design) belongs to Happy Pet Smiles Mobile Grooming LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Happy Pet Smiles provides its services with the care and attention described on this site. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or from circumstances outside our reasonable control during service delivery.
