We also automatically collect limited browsing information through cookies and tracking pixels (see Section 4).

We use your information to:

• Coordinate and confirm your mobile grooming or dental hygiene appointment.
• Send you automated appointment reminders by WhatsApp or SMS through our booking platform (MoeGo).

4. Cookies and tracking pixels

Our site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook) and a Google Ads tag to understand which ads drive visits and service requests, and to measure the performance of our campaigns. 5. Payments

We do not process online payments through the website. Payment for the service is made directly on the day of the appointment, using the method agreed with our team. We do not collect or store credit or debit card information through this site.

We share limited information with:

• MoeGo, our online booking platform, to manage appointments and send reminders.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, to measure the performance of our advertising, on an aggregated basis and subject to their own privacy policies.

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to Happy Pet Smiles.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using third-party platforms (such as MoeGo) that have their own security measures. However, no data transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are directed at adult pet owners. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
